Hebron Planning and Zoning Commission candidate Tiffany Ventura Thiele and her husband Adam are proud to call Hebron their home­­­. Although born and raised in Rhode Island, Tiffany’s entire career has been spent in the great state of Connecticut.

She’s eager for the opportunity to serve the community that has given her so much.
Tiffany is an accomplished communications professional, beginning as a radio and print journalist at WINY 1350 AM, the Middletown Press, and the Record-Journal. She also served as Secretary and Vice President of the Connecticut Sports Writers’ Alliance.

She then transitioned to a career in public relations, specializing in crisis communications and media relations. Tiffany has led and executed local, national, and international media campaigns for several prestigious Connecticut organizations, including CTTRANSIT, Girl Scouts of Connecticut, and United Technologies Corporation. Her work garnered significant, positive results and her peers and colleagues have praised her excellent judgment and character.

In addition to her work, she volunteers her time at the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Foundation. This is a personal commitment in honor of her mother, a breast cancer survivor.  Tiffany has also volunteered for the Greater Middletown Chorale and supports several animal charities.

Tiffany’s background in sustainability and the study of urbanization is what compels her candidacy. With two-thirds of the planet expected to live in a city by 2050, it’s crucial to ensure Hebron maintains its New England charm and families can continue to enjoy beautiful open spaces, thriving schools, and responsible development. 

Tiffany is committed to preserving Hebron’s historic past, while acting as a good steward for its future
