Hebron Democratic Town Committee March Meeting
The Hebron Democratic Town Committee will hold its March monthly meeting at the Hebron Town Office Building, Community Room, Lower Level, directly following the Hebron Democratic Party Caucus scheduled at 7:00pm on Wednesday, March 24, 2010.
HDTC Officer elections for positions of Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer will be open for nomination and election.
HDTC members will consider individuals who have submitted their names and seek appointment to the Committee. The Committee is interested in having any and all registered Democrats who would like to serve a two year term on the HDTC attend our March meeting. Currently, openings exist on the HDTC and the HDTC will consider appointment of new members at this meeting.
A full discussion will be held concerning the dates, times and locations of all pending Democratic Party Caucuses and the State Convention.
All Town residents are welcome to attend. If you are interested in being involved in the future of our town, please put this meeting on your 'must attend' calendar.
Our Maple Fest Committee will provide a report on the results of our fundraising efforts during this year's event. Additional discussions will be solicited concerning our 2010 committee planning and events involvement. A free-flow of suggestions, ideas and input are welcome.
