Board of Selectmen
Comprised of five Selectmen, all Town Matters are Administered by this Board in accord with the Hebron Town Charter. The Board works closely with the Town Manager and all other Boards, Commissions, Committees, Officials, and employeess, and the community at large.

Board of Finance
All Fiscal Matters pertaining to the planning and budgeting of taxes and other funding sources, in conjunction with other Town officials and administrators, is developed, compiled and reviewed by this Board of six representatives, toward the operation of the Town and our financial resourse as is required specific to the duties function as defined within the Hebron Town Charter.

Hebron Board of Education
A seven member board, the Board of Education is responsible for the oversite and direction necessary to bring quality education to our community's children. The close and professional intergration between the Board and Hebron Superintendant of Schools provides the best opportunity to maximize the correct use of taxpayer dollars, so as to insure optimum results.

Regional School District #8 Board of Education
Hebron has five RHAM Board of Education members servicing on the multi-town Board. Our Town's Board members interact with members from the Town's of Andover and Marlborough in the development and enhancement of quality Education at the Regional High School level. The Board works with the RHAM Superintendent of Schools to address all aspects of our educational system.

Planning and Zoning Commission
This five member Commission is required to oversee and administer the properties and land use activities taking place in our Community.

Zoning Board of Appeals
The five member Zoning Board of Appeals works on and considers, by appeal process, any and all matters that are submitted to it because of action or inaction that may have occurred at the Planning and Zoning Commission. This committee provides our citizens and business interests an opportuinity to be heard concerning the administration of properties and land use activities taking place in our Community.

Board of Assessment Appeals
The Board of Assessment Appeals is a three member Board and is responsible to review and action on any assessment appeal submitted to the Town.

Conservation Commission
This Commission consists of seven members and is responsible for the quality of use concerns and standards applied for our Town.

WPCA
This Commission has seven appointed members, and is charged with the oversite of the water/sewer system serving Amston and Hebron.

WPCA members are appointed for four year terms.

COMMISSION ON AGING
The Commission reviews and deleberates issues concerning Senior Citizens and programs and methods to best assist our older community members. This Commission has ten members.

Tricentennial Commission
This Commission works to ready our Community for our Tricentennial. Thirteen members serve on this Commission.

Economic Development Commission
The Commission works to assist local businesses and to accommodate new product, service and support activities that enhances our Town. Five members serve on the Commission.

EDC Alternates
EDC Alternates assist the Commission in the absence of EDC members.Two members may serve on the Commission.

Housing Authority
This Committee has a five member Committee and serves in the oversite and quality and standard of housing in our Town.

Historic Properties Commission
The Committee serves to identify and seek methods to aid in the perservation of historical properties in Town. Five members serve this Commission.

Historic Properties Comm. Alternates
This Commission supports the Historic Properties Commission. Three members may serve on this Commission.

Parks & Recreation Commission
This Commission works to plan, maintain and identify park and recreational programs and areas
where existing conditions and the possible development or improvement of these areas is needed or recommended. Seven members serve on the Commission.

Open Space Land Acquistion Committee
Seven members are appointed to the OSLAC. This Committe is devoted to preserving and expanding our Town's Open land and work to identify and recommend properties for acquistion.

Capital Improvement Plan Program
This Committee reviews and recommends fiscally appropriate budget levels for Town based services and support.
