| All Fiscal Matters pertaining to the planning and budgeting of taxes and other funding sources, in conjunction with other Town officials and administrators, is developed, compiled and reviewed by this Board of six representatives, toward the operation of the Town and our financial resourse as is required specific to the duties function as defined within the Hebron Town Charter. |

| A seven member board, the Board of Education is responsible for the oversite and direction necessary to bring quality education to our community's children. The close and professional intergration between the Board and Hebron Superintendant of Schools provides the best opportunity to maximize the correct use of taxpayer dollars, so as to insure optimum results. |

| Regional School District #8 Board of Education |
Hebron has five RHAM Board of Education members servicing on the multi-town Board. Our Town's Board members interact with members from the Town's of Andover and Marlborough in the development and enhancement of quality Education at the Regional High School level. The Board works with the RHAM Superintendent of Schools to address all aspects of our educational system.

| The five member Zoning Board of Appeals works on and considers, by appeal process, any and all matters that are submitted to it because of action or inaction that may have occurred at the Planning and Zoning Commission. This committee provides our citizens and business interests an opportuinity to be heard concerning the administration of properties and land use activities taking place in our Community. |

| In Compliance with Ct. Public Act 08-3, AN ACT CONCERNING COMPREHENSIVE ETHICS REFORMS, this Committee is charged with the study of proposing how the Town will establish and administer a program of mandatory training on the code of ethics for public officials as set forth in chapter 10 of the general statutes. |
